A Unique Way to Take In St. Louis' Holiday Light Displays

SantaHelicopter There is nothing more cozy than the memory of wandering by foot, carriage or car through the light displays in the neighborhoods and parks all around the Metro-area. There are great displays in O'Fallon, Eureka and Belleville to name just a few.

But making a romantic evening out of a holiday light tour through St. Louis just got a little more romantic, and a lot more exciting. Oliver's Restaurant, located at the St. Louis Downtown Airport in Cahokia, IL, is teaming up with Gateway Helicopter Tours to offer a dinner and holiday lights tour that is guaranteed to send your holiday spirits soaring. These helicopter holiday light tours offer two different flight plans for the evening, and both include dinner.
  • Flight Plan 1 includes dinner and a helicopter tour over Our Lady of Snows for $80 per passenger or $155 for a couple.
  • Flight Plan 2 includes dinner and an extended tour over Our Lady of Snows, the St. Louis Zoo and Tilles Park's light displays. This plan will set you back $170 per person or $335 per couple.
Taking in the light displays from a helicopter will definitely give your spirits a one-of-a-kind lift this holiday season. For more information or to make reservations, you can call Gateway Helicopter Tours at 314-496-4494 or email them at gatewayhelicoptertours [at] gmail [dot] com.
